Teacake Bake Shop guarantees complete satisfaction with every order. If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us by email at customerservice@teacakebakeshop.com. Please include your order number and name along with a description of your problem. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
Ordering

Questions Regarding Your Order: If you have any questions regarding an order that you have already placed, please email us at customerservice@teacakebakeshop.com or call us Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 AM to 5 PM PST at 1-888-558-0188.
**Please note our corporate office will be closed this Friday, August 22, 2008. If you have a question about an online order, we will return your message on Monday, August 25. Our retail stores will be open.**
Delivery Addresses: Shipments must be to United States addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. At this time
we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
Billing Addresses: Currently, we are only able to accept billing addresses from United States addresses.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes will be paid by Teacake Bake Shop, LLC.
Available Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment for online orders: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Unauthorized Purchases from your Credit Card: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Nut Allergen Alert
We do use peanuts and other nuts (including pistachios, almonds and pecans) in some of our recipes. Although we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any of our products could contain trace amounts of nut oils. We ask that individuals with allergies to nuts refrain from eating our baked goods.
